Griffin Launches Onliant Service for Online Sourcing and Order Management

Griffin recently launched its all-new online sourcing and order management system, Onliant, at onliant.com. Onliant provides growers and retailers with a single platform from which to source seed, cuttings, young plants, hard goods, production equipment and retail inputs. The site replaces and improves upon Griffin’s separate e-commerce websites for live goods, hard goods and retail supplies.

Griffin customers may log in to Onliant to place orders against current availability for live goods or against current inventory from their nearest Griffin branch for hard goods and retail supplies. Onliant enables users to edit open orders and track shipments, and to rebook from order history. Griffin customers may also access open quotes and invoices, among other account data.
