Farwest Adds Pre-Show Retail Tour

The 2016 Farwest Show in Portland, Oregon, will feature a pre-show retail garden center tour this year, in addition to the two wholesale operations-focused tours. The tour, called “Local Favorites and Must-See Destination Garden Centers,” will run from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Wednesday, August 24 (the show runs August 25-27 at the Oregon Convention Center).

Tour attendees will visit five garden centers: Bauman Farms & Garden; Shonnard’s Nursery, Florist & Landscape; Garland Nursery, Sebright Gardens and Little Prince of Oregon Nursery. Registration is required for the tour and space is limited to 52. The price for the full day includes transportation, lunch, beverages and snacks.
