Espoma Acquires Organica Brand

The Espoma Company, a manufacturer and marketer of natural gardening solutions, acquired the Organica consumer lawn & garden brand from Pathway Holdings, LLC. Espoma plans on continuing the Organica Four Step Lawn Program and will add the K-Neem brand to its family of Earth Tone control products.

According to Espoma vice president Jeremy Brunner, “This acquisition gives us access to a well-regarded brand along with proven technologies that are based on years of research and development. Organica was successful in offering an all organic, Four Step Lawn Program that was easy for consumers to understand and proven to work. We plan on continuing and growing that business exclusively with the independent garden center channel.”
